Jake Bush - Chief Pilot
Having grown up on his family’s farm on the Southern Tablelands, Jake developed a keen interest in agriculture at an early age. After completing tertiary qualifications at Armidale’s UNE, he then embarked on his flying career.
Combining his skill of flying helicopters with his passion and knowledge of agriculture, Jake has established himself as a leader in aerial application.
Jake understands first-hand the nature and challenges of farming in today’s environment, and is consistently pursuing and applying knowledge on how to approach these challenges.

EQUIPMENT
Heli Ag Aviation utilises the American-built Robinson 44 Raven II helicopter. This machine is renowned for its nimble and versatile flying characteristics, giving it greater precision and accuracy in otherwise inaccessible terrains.
Our spray equipment, Helispecs, is an internationally used system built in New Zealand. This equipment has consistently proven efficient in the treatment of large areas within small time frames.
Heli Ag Aviation’s machinery also includes a fuel truck and mixing trailer, meaning that we only require access to water to get the job done.
